Millworks 2 bdrm_2 bath

Spacious and well appointed units with mostly Bosch appliances (refrig is Kenmore, but excellent as well). I boreder the street so some traffic noise on my side. View is very pleasant of the hillside. Very convenient location with a Whole Foods located on the 1st floor! Great indoor parking. Nice staff and excellent, responsive maintenance crew.

Earing

Building is very well designed & built before 2008 recession. It is time for the heating/cooling system and majority of appliances to be replaced and upgraded. Not just for the looks but because they are well over 16 years old !
