Apartment 134 has a very noisy kid that runs left and right loudly banging on floor as iff he is trampolining in the apartment with no trampoline and his mom doesnt care.

Garden Oasis Close to Everything You Need

I've lived here for a few years now and I really enjoy the Garden Common areas and the pool. It makes days off feel really relaxing even though there's a lot of busy areas nearby. Parking can get a bit hectic, but if you get the opportunity to grab a reserved spot, it's very much worth it. Rent is very reasonable and problems are always addressed in a timely manner. The staff and maintenance are really nice and always working to try to make the community even better. There's a fair amount of families and children here so the it's a pretty chill community. There's also a large park next door to the complex, and about a block further than that there's a small library, so those are really nice to have within walking distance. Groceries and shopping aren't far away either - most stores you would need are within a 2-3 mile radius and there's a post office just around the corner. Also Epicurus the gourmet food and wine shop is just down the street. The units are nice and even the studios are pretty sizeable ( we lived here in a studio a few years back, had to move closer to my school, then came back and found a 1 bedroom available). Generally a good amount of storage space / cabinets with nice appliances too. I definitely recommend this place - it's a nice place to relax at the end of the day and makes life in Los Angeles feel much less hectic.

So far so good

Its been great here. So far, i believe that everything is going well. The issue is that maintenance seems a little under staffed and will need more hands for all the units offered. It takes rhem a little while for requests and you have to follow up with them a lot.
