I have lived here for almost 4 years and its my first time living in an apartment (ive rented houses) and it has been a nice experience. The staff in fhe office now are amazing. The maintenance is a little slower than I would like (but im basing it off prior experience in a house). The only thing I would complain about is one pool always being closed and the gym not being accessible after the office closes. I work the same time as the office staff. It was open til 10pm when I signed my lease and now it closes at 6pm.

Overall Good Place to Live

Moved in about 3 weeks ago overall have like our experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful all of our maintenance requests are adressed right away or in a timely manner. They could do better with mainting the property clean and have noticed not everyone picks up after their pets. They also claim to be a smoke free property but this isnt enforced if this is an issue for you I wouldnt recommend this residence as it travels through the ventilation system and you will see people smoking throughout the property. Lastly the entry gate is always open so anyone can just walk into the property. Aside from these things the property is pretty quiet, the pool is clean and its a family friendly environment.

Good apartments compared to others in area

I've been here for almost 4 years and haven't had any real issues. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance takes care of request in a timely manner. My only complaint is people treat the parking lot as a speedway and my neighbors that moved in within the last year are always loud at all hours of the day.

Love it here!

i love love love these apartments! my husband & i just moved in & it has been one of the best experiences weve had. misty was so sweet & funny from the beginning. she made us feel like we were already home. we immediately put in an application & were approved so quickly. such a lovely neighborhood & everyone seems friendly & stays to their self. its also a very clean community & nicely renovated & updated.
