Good Place To Live

Well kept community. office and maintenance staff are nice attentive to your needs. I have been a resident quite some time and seen a couple of ownership and management changes. The current staff has definitely been the best to me and my family.

The Ranch at Moorpark

Great place. Maintenance staff super. Office staff always friendly and helpful. I do like it here. Downside is the very small number of visitor parking spot.
