Not So Hot

Been here for 4 yrs. I Have A short in the kitchen lights, so the light go out every 4 months or so. They put in a new fuse box in the hall, and left an opening in the wall so anything can crawl or climb in from the inside of the wall. They maintenance people took a picture 0f it in April. They said they didn't know when it would be fixed. It's December. Now the want to put guest overnight parking on visitors cars. So now we will have to track somebody down to get that. The $70 p er month rent increase for the next year isn't worth it to me.
