Parking- The parking in the basement is a major issue. When I signed my lease I was unaware of the basement parking lot and thought that the garage on the main floor was where my parking spot would be. Extremely uncomfortable entering/exiting the parking lot especially if I don't have a backup camera on the car. Pleases please please install additional mirrors to help residents avoid damaging their cars/the building. Amenities- I absolutely love the rooftop. Definitely a huge plus of living here. The rubber mats under the gym equipment are a major issue though. The heat in the summer is melting the rubber and stains shoes/clothing. Would love if the Buddha fountain in the gym was running. In addition, the building does look a little "dead" due to the empty cafe space at the front of the building. I understand that due to the pandemic not much can be done at this time, but at least have it cleaned because there has been rubbish and yoga balls just sitting there in the open space and it looks messy. Maintenance- Good. Had a few issues with air-conditioning at first. Outside windows cleaned more often would be great too. Staff- Natasha is great. Very kind and very responsive. Love her. Zero complaints. Value- Rent is very expensive, but then again, Los Angeles is a very expensive city to live in. PLEASE don't raise rent at the end of my lease. Would love to resign and continue living here. Location- BEST location in Los Angeles. Couldn't ask for better. Noise- Due to where my unit is located I constantly hear the tanning chairs on the rooftop scratching along the floor when they're being moved around. But, other then that there is no noise really. Thank you!
