Pretty good place to be

Great location and building. On metro line. New with lots of amenities. Often a smell of weed in the hallways. Other than that it's pretty good!

Overly-priced building. Has gone down significantly in value since I moved in in 2018 yet price has increased. Corporate does not care about residents. Will not be renewing this year.
