I want to shout out Joel who handles maintenance. He's by far the most efficient and overall best maintenance person I've ever had. I put in 3 requests at one time and he handled all of them in under an hour. He's always got the best attitude and I've yet to come across a problem he can't solve. Glad to have him around!
