Pretty darn good place to live
My son and I have been living here going on three years and love where we live. We take our two dogs out day and night and know quite a few people in the neighborhood. My son attends middle school at RKMS which is a charter school nearby. It's his second year there and he likes it. And since covid, his grades have improved. There are sketchy streets and people around but hey, we live in LA. We have immediate access to some of the best Korean bbq, Thai, Mexican, Peruvian, Chinese and many other delicious style cuisines. I work in downtown LA so the commute is 15 minutes (or less if you're my passenger). Looking forward to many more years here.
