I have lived here for 5 years and it started off as a great option. There are full utilities included and additional parking available in an outdoor parking garage. It has increasingly changed and become less valuable to live here. Maintenance takes their time to get to any issues of fixing water leaks and dry wall replacements. Overall, would have moved 3 years ago if the rents were not so high everywhere else.

For the rental price, it’s a great bang for your buck. Very grateful to have found my apt in these unpredictable times. The neighborhood is pretty chill for the most part. The building was built in the 70’s I believe so it’s not updated, but it’s clean and sturdy. The property manager has always been great when any issues came up. I don’t drive so can’t comment on the parking, but there is a garage available and can pay extra for a spot. Would not recommend street parking at all.
