High Cost of living

While living here is the ideal location, size, and overall quiet environment we were seeking, the building itself has come with unforeseen problems, such as the situation with our radiators. At no point prior to moving in were we told about our inability to control our own heat or the upcoming building of the luxury housing next door. Also, when we asked numerous times about our utility bills, the nice woman, who may have been Latina who showed us the apartment, failed to explain that they were tied to the entire building and not our single unit and the breakdown of the bill itself seems suspect and numerous tenants have joined in complaining about how high the bills have been.

Carlton Way

Overall has been a great experience. Maintenance should respond more quickly and more parking would be ideal.

Resident Review

I love the apartment however, I don't have parking, the building has over 50 units in the business and a parking garage that keeps only ten cars, after being told the building has parking which it does, after giving my deposit but before signing my lease I was told that there is a waiting list, had I been told that beforehand I don't think I would be here my stay at the Carlton Apartments is by default, Parking on the streets my car has been hit three times within a month if you're not in by 5-6 pm parking is impossible, in addition, my sister car was stolen after only the second night of being at the new place so the neighborhood is not that great

New to the building

I have been here since August and love it. There are a few things I would make suggestions on. There is no security cameras and I have had my clothes stolen from the secured laundry and I have had packages gone missing. The parking is not that great, I either have to park far when I get home which is not safe late nights or have to get up early to move my car as to not get a ticket. I had received 5 tickets so far. It would be nice if we had parking options, I would rather pay for parking than get all these tickets. Also the front door recently someone was able to open it or left it open. But other than these things I love it, people for the most part are friendly.
