All good except except that some miscomunication happened.

We reported that the garbage disposal was stuck but didn't know that the drain duct was clogged. The maintenance man fixed the motor but the drain duct is still clogged.

I have lived here for nine years which says it all. The staff is warm and helpful, the location can't be beat, and for the most part the tenants are fabulous.

maintenance is out of sight. noise is the biggest problem. especially club argyle.

Love living here. Honestly, the behavior of the other residents is my only complaint (i.e. people yelling in the halls, running their dogs in the halls at all hours of the night, not putting their garbage down the trash shoot.) The staff is terrific, and responsive whenever there is an issue.
