Termites, towing, and the loud neighbors

Title says most of it, apartment I moved into had a severe termite problem with piles of termite droppings visible. Pulled out cabinets and found piles of trash that had never been removed. Had my car towed because the staff double booked my parking spot. You can get a garage spot, but its for 4 cars so the odds are someone always will leave your door open. Neighbors decided to practice for their band about an hour a day using an amp. Skateboarders are common and the windows are so thin that it echoes in throughout the apartment. There is no air conditioning, no refrigerator, but don't worry, they give you the lead paint waiver as part of the paperwork to sign for the lease. Pre-Corona there was at lease 1 homeless person a night going through the trash.

Patio Gardens

I had lived here for two years and I found that management is amazing, especially Christian from the leasing office. He is very sweet and super helpful. I definitely recommend living here! There are multiple restaurants and markets nearby. Transportation is convenient. Well done Patio Gardens!
