Lack of timely assistance to tenant

I’ve found someone parked in my spot two times now. The second time when I called managerial staff there was no answer at any of the numbers that have been posted as resources, and in fact two of the numbers are the exact same one. I left messages but to this day I have not received a call back to address that.
