Best student living ever

I've lived here for about a two years now and I have loved every second of it. It definitely isn't luxury apartments, however, after working with the landlords about student living, my roommates and I have gotten a great deal while living here. Parking may not always be accessible, however, the placement of this apartment is a great steal. About a five minute walk from the beach and less to any local cafe, restaurant, etc. Is so lovely! There are repairs and updates that definitely need to be had and there is a significant homeless population that lives nearby. Although, for a uni-experience, this has definitely been the best experience.

Great location!

Absolutely a great location. Excellent property management staff who handle any needs that arise. Courtyard pool is a nice feature, but lacking lounge chairs. Security is good - with locked entry into courtyard.
