Locust apartment

This place is definitley a good first start for first time apartment owners. I will say it comes with a few hardships but the propterty manager is very responsive. The noise is at a level during the day but at night and early mornings its pretty loud. The area isn’t the safest but there isn’t complaints around. Parking around the area is super frusterating most days…but overall not too bad of a place.
