Thinking twice!

No hot water !!!!!!! on and off what the heck! No notice no response. At first I thought this would be a great place to live for a really long time. After being here over a year now. There things that really bug me like the fact water being off and on without notice. I pay my rent on time no miss payments. Your making me think twice about my stay! VERY UNHAPPY !

Not a good apartment

Apartment likes to cut corners every way they can . The shared laundry facilities were put on a condensed schedule with no warning. Multiple water and electricity outages. The apartments themselves are made to look nice -- but poorly painted, screws for cabinets don't fit the handles. Everything has been out of order at one point in time -- half of the washers and dryers, the gym has been out of order for the past year, even the mailboxes were out of order for a couple of weeks.
