Overall a great place to live!

I could not be happier living at Monte Vista The Office Staff and Maintenance team are always great, they are very happy to help with anything that is needed. It has gotten a little noisier since the COVID 19 outbreak, but nothing outrageous.

Ammenities

In the midst of the pandemic of Covid-19, the community here is at a "stay at home" order. This has cost us some of our amenities here at Monte Vista. I fully understand the care and thought put into deciding to close the gym and pool. However, I just wish that the cost of living here had gone down as amenities began to shut down. It is hard to accept that we are still paying the same price for rent when amenities that are a part of our rent are not free to use at our disposal anymore. I kindly ask that the decision to lower the amount of rent be thought through again, as the number of amenities adds to the value of these apartments. If amenities are being taken away, then surely it is fair to take away some of the rent we have to pay. I hope you're all having a safe life during the pandemic, don't forget to smile.
