Best Apartment Community

I've been a tenant here for a little over a year and I'm very pleased with things overall - the location, the amenities, the secured parking, the security (making me feel safe), the maintenance and upkeeping the cleanliness of the surroundings and helpful and responsive staff. The location being close to the Bay with views and walking trails is a bonus luxury. The rental market is currently high, but I'm very pleased with the rent here because of the luxuries. It was also a surprise that I was given the proposal to decrease my rent if I extended my lease which I did. My only issue are tenants who own dogs who have then unleashed and defecating all over the place and not picking them up. Disgusting residents without respect for others. Keep up the great thing you're doing, The Grand.

Dream apartment

Great location! About 30mins from San Francisco with 3 major shopping centers all within a 5 mile radius. Great schools neary by and absolutely gorgeous views of Hercules and the bay. Love the aestheitics of our apartment and our community is amazing as well!
