Maintenance
Maintenace is great and always responds in a timely manner and gets the job done fast. Thank you Mario from maintenace!
experience living in VG
i live here since 2018, however management is not friendly to the tenants, increase rates every year, maintenance is not good specially hot water is not maintained...staff are rude to tenants... they should not charge the tenant of late pay specially if the due date falls on a weekend...kids playing on the parking should be repremanded specially its very noisy.
Too many problems
Its nice, but our downstairs neighbors dont respect the quiet hours and blast music around 12am and 1am all they do is fight and scream and smoke weed. We would like to be able to keep our windows and backdoor open but all they do is smoke weed and it blows into our apartment. Our shower water keeps fluctuating temperatures I can’t take a relaxing shower because it switch from hot to cold there is no middle man. Would be better to just rent a pricier house with our own laundry hookup with the amount of times that the laundry room has had problems and its always the one closest to us thats been shut down like 5 times since me moved in. Theres just been too many problems.
