Review

With rent being $2500-3500 the residents should be treated like they pay that. Every month something is being taken away (we never got back our trash bags, been down a freight elevator for a whole year, lost a parking spot, pool is shut down when its 100 degrees outside, the ability to pay rent online) and it seems like no accommodations are made for us. The staff seems to make things harder on residents instead of trying to get understanding from us to come up with the best solution to help us. The maintenance and cleaning team are top notch, the office staff not so much since Brandon and Italy left.
