Yeah, About that
Maintenance does the very best for what they are aloud timewise and budget by owners. Management has always been nice aside from being behind on their paperwork and then pushing the pressure onto the tenant with threats of being written up or kicked out if not done on time and then forging their dates so they don't get in trouble. Laundry is always broken. broken cars everywhere. cars being used as storage. Mold growing in and up walls, coming through floor. poor drainage so side of buildings are always flooded. Meanwhile they are too cheap to pay for independent contractors to replace sheetrock from flood damage in ceilings and walls. I'll stop there
No marked parking
Everyone passes the buck. So much gets lost in the mail. Doesn’t get handled. Never received. You are guilty until proven guilty, even if you don’t do anything wrong. Repairs take months if not years to get addressed. If you call and leave a message, it never gets received.
