Clean, quiet with friendly neighbors

I have been a resident for 4 years. The staff (Marlo) is fantastic! She is always on top of any needs requested. The maintenance typically responds expeditiously. The grounds are keep clean and the pool is an added bonus. For the area, these apartments are comparable in regard to price.

Great Place, safe and quiet!

I have been living here for over 3 years. The property is well lit, clean, and quiet. And oh yeah, maintenance is great here as well. It is close to the ocean...Redondo and Manhattan, The location is also close to shopping such as Target, Walmart, and groceries stores, as well as a nice park within walking distance. Moreover, there to many great Asian options for dining and a large Mexican market. My property manager, Marlo, is fantastic! She is exceedingly professional and knowledgeable.

Loud environmental noise

The storm drainage next to the complex creates this loud echo effect from local planes flying nearby so its always noisy even if you close your windows & doors. The parking situation is awful if your family has more than one car. If you try to leave the driveway, its difficult to see oncoming traffic since there is always a car parked in the red zones out in front. The community washing machines are functional half the time. The palm tress shed these small fruits in the summer that are left to rot on the ground; smells horrid by the end of summer. Also, these small fruits shed into the pool which have stained that & the concrete walkways. The residents here don't clean up after their animals after taking them for a walk in the complex. A few apartments house very noisy & loud people but most of the residents are quiet.
