Happy not happy

There are no covid rules being enforced here. I hear dogs barking a lot and some are aggressive barking like they will bite so I stay inside because I've been bit before years ago so I just stay in my apartment and keep to myself. I thought this would be a quiet place to live since I take medication that makes me drowsy and take naps but that's not possible here. I've been awaken by loud voices yelling screaming and shouting so I can't take my medication when I need to I was looking for another apartment because it's not what I thought but it's so hectic looking and with covid it's harder now so I've just decided to stay even though I'm miserable. This could be a beautiful place to live but it's the residents that have been here for a while that abuse the property because I've ran into new residents and they say the same thing that it's nice here but people have been taking advantage of the beautiful scenery and easy living. I just pray that eventually it will be the kind of place that I was hoping for. Thank you
