So glad to have found this place

Manager Niki Taylor and this complex are fantastic! I moved from Tracy during the pandemic and most everything had to be completed virtually/on-line but Niki made it easy. The website was very helpful and Yelp reviews were good. I have needed a few routine maintenance tasks completed since move in and the staff have been very helpful and timely. Depending on where you live in the complex, there is a little street noise from Folsom Auburn Road but it does not bother me. Neighbors are all friendly and everyone keeps quiet and are respectful. It will be nice to have the pool and exercise area open when it is safe again. I have a classic car in addition to my daily driver, so the opportunity to have a garage was very appreciated. Also, the apartments seem to be very well insulated; my cooling and heating costs have been much less than I have been used to in the Northern CA long and hot summers and occasional chilly nights.

Living here feels like vacation

I love living at Lake Pointe. The nature here is so calming. I saw a deer on the lawn right outside of my apartment last night! Everyone is so nice and friendly. It's a beautiful property and the management is great. They are really responsive to any type of maintenance requests that I have. The grounds are updated and beautiful. I definitely recommend living here!
