High noise levels

Lived here for 8 years. In the last 4 years this property has gone down hill. Manager turnover is high. The kids in the community are unsupervised and completely out of control. They have damaged my vehicles, they run rampant and make so much noise, it is impossible to keep windows open when they are out. I have seen kids less than 5 years old with no adult in site on numerous occasions. There is no enforcement and the managers kids are now part of the existing problem
