Going down hill
Parking has gotten worse. Property managers don't enforce parking rules. Ive walked the complex and found some cars without permits. Some park on there reserved spot and put permit on second car. Maintance use to be excellent. But now it has gotten bad. I filed a maintance request 5 days ago, for a dripping faucet (third attempt to fix),heard nothing! You can't recycle trash because they blocked it with the walkway resurface material. That's a city violation! When we moved in was good (except covid not there fault). They do activities during the week great. But I work during those times. I feel it's not all that great.
