Satisfied
We came to live in Escondido, CA after living for about 30 years in Carson, CA. We used to own a townhome with 4 levels. We decided to live in a smaller place. A one-bedroom apartment at the ground level seemed to be ideal for me at the time about 7 years back. We were in our 80's at that time. About 3 years back, my wife passed away. I decided to continue to live here after that event. I find this place quite sufficient for my present needs. The rent is reasonable and it is within my budget. I am satisfied with the present living arrangement. Thank you.

Lived here almost 4 years - convenient location to travel to work, freeways, store, etc Hadley is currently renovating - appreciate office's communication with what is going on parking is not friendly for guests - since this apt is 55+ community apt - very inconvenient for guests 55+ and/or physical limit to visit - no place to park except for the street -
Quiet living
We have been here for 15 years. Office and maintenance staff have always been immediately attentive to our needs. If you want peace and quiet at night, this is definitely the place to be. Pet friendly is a definite plus, also.
Another Survey
The apt itself is not bad. Eye sores - too many RVs parking on the street in front of apt - they dump stuff near and in the creek - difficult to watch out for incoming cars before departing the lot - wish drivers slow down when they enter the lot as there are many seniors walking slowly.
