Great for families

This place is perfect great for all ages. There is a large number of children that run and play around, sometimes avoiding the cars heading towards them, but that's more of the parents than the complex. Although if needed, I find the management able to communicate effectively, so not afraid of being ignored. The are itself is nice, but occasional police activity. We are gated, but most of the time the gates are open and people are able to walk in. The management recognizes when incidents occur. Which I prefer rather than a team that ignores such factors. The cleanliness of our complex is a 4/5 for me. Just because I see the effort and plenty of staff roaming around with trash pickers. But sometimes the landscaping can get a little lost in the sauce. Maintenance is great about showing up when things get really, really bad. But do plan ahead and contact as soon as you think it might be getting worse. Otherwise, the wait might take your issue to the point of no return. I'm very happy to live here and to recommend it if someone asks. Every place has their ups and downs, but it runs pretty smooth here. :)
