Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Amazing Place!
The property is perfect for my wife and I. Well worth what we pay and the staff is amazing! Isadora always helps me out when I go in and is engaging and personable! Really our only qualm is the parking. Unfortunately orher residents choose not to use their garages and hog all the spots, but I undertand that the team is working to improve it all!

Promenade terrace
The area is kind and quiet but also kid friendly. I wish the gym would be 24hrs and that the had heavier weights but besides that it’s decent. Some people do not pick up after their dogs so i think there should be something to alert the owners and pick up after themselves.

Experience
My experience in this community at this moment are satisfactory, I like the apartment and the environment, we really don't have a lot of noise that is good. The only thing that I think you have to change is on the apartments is necessary that the second floor balcony has some king of floor so the persons that are on first floor don't see anything and all the things don't come to first floor like dogs hair, dust, etc.
