No discount for unavailable amenities

Haven’t been able to use amenities in months... we should get a discount on rent. The amenities are part of the reason we chose to live here. Your company is probably getting subsidized money though.

No parking and neighbors are too loud.

I think I said it all in the title. These apartments are not too bad, but you seem to rent to people that have no business living next to others. Upstairs neighbors are way too loud. Also, the parking lot is very limited and covered parking is too expensive.
