The maintenance crew at Montecito is dependable, efficient and quick to respond. So thankful they are avialable at a moments notice to take care of any repair needs.

Only stay for the location and apartment

Parking needs a serious improvement. There needs to be designated guest parking spots. It should not be allowed that guests can park in the same spots available to residents. Changing the gate code monthly does nothing for the situation. The amenities are great when you can use them. The office staff seems to have a high turnover rate and it’s understandable. It also seems difficult to ask the most basic questions sometimes, it always takes a call back to get an answer or extensive “research”. The maintenance staff is also very very nice. There has just been a couple of times where I have needed to call back or re-request a maintenance request because it wasn’t fixed properly the first time. This complex is gorgeous and the apartments are great, but for the service you receive I don’t feel it is fair pricing.
