Best Apartment Complex I'ved Lived In

Besides the upstair neighbor with a noisy dog I have no other complaints. The maintanance service and crew are top notch. The newly built amenities are great and I love being able to live and park my vehicle inside a private, gated area. Other apartments I'ved lived in before can't compare.

The MOST Affordable APT in SFV BUT NO Guest Parking

Long Term Resident, 5 Years Now. The Positives: Affordable spacious apartments with Walk-In closet, Pantry, Extra Storage Space and Central A/C that ALLOW Pets. Water and Trash Included and No Gas (Less bills to pay). Facilities: Pool. Jacuzzi. New Gym. EXCELLENT Maintenance Team who respond within 24hrs. The Apartments in general are actually pretty quiet from other neighbor noises. However, I am in an apartment on the side of Parthenia and was surprised at how much traffic noise I can hear in the apartment but I got used to it. I just got a white noise machine to block it out at night and that works great and when I have my TV on its fine. The Negatives: NO Washer/Dryer IN The Apartment but they have laundry ON Site. NO Guest Parking and it will be near impossible to find Street Parking AFTER 5PM Because it will be FULL (Be sure to have Parking recommendations if you use GrubHub/Doordash Etc) and during Holiday weeks/weekends Like 4th July, New years etc we have neighbors who LOVE super LOUD VERY EXPLOSIVE SOUNDING AND NOISY FIREWORKS BUT Overall I couldnt be happier which is why I have been here 5 years and plan to be here as long as I can and I highly recommend it. If you have a dog, its not YET set up to be doggie friendly that I can see. I.e. there is NO grass within the community and they haven't set up any PottyBags/Trash Stations BUT I wouldn't be surprised if they have it on their list as they are continually updating/upgrading the community as a whole.
