Not so bad but not as good as it used to be

Parking is a inconvenience. The building is mostly clean unless maintenance doesn't keep it up. Garbage and recycling gets backed up on the weekend or if there's no maintenance. Overall the apartment is nice but the building maintenance is falling short and parking is the worst

Non-smoking building with tenants who smoke in their units. Smoke enters every unit because of shared ventilation system.

It's not been a good experience not having a garage trying to fine parking, washing machines never working, trash compactor area always has garbage on the floor or stuck.
