Apt

Between the smoke not cigs and dog poo around the cars it’s rough. People friendly, BR large, plumbing prob after 5 pm forget about it no nighttime emergency fixes, but very responsive next day. Feel safe inside complex.

I just moved in April and everything is so far so good. Very quiet, enough parking, I saw security doing there checks in the complex. As far as maintenance I can't comment yet although I do need to put in a request for some thing so I will have to get back on there quick response. Location is everything so I really lucked up and very thankful.

More cons than pros

I have been a resident for 3 years. I like the location of the property, but the walls are extremely thin and the units were cheaply built. My towel and toilet paper racks keep falling off and the dog park is not properly maintained.

Good location, good amenities, poor construction

Honestly, really great location if you work in the Rosedale area and the apartments are spacious with a nice pool area. One downside (and it's a big one, at least to me) is the construction is really poor. For example, I can hear when my upstairs neighbor's phone vibrates. I actually wake up thinking it's mine it's so loud. You can also hear when they are even slightly shifting their weight on their feet. I can tell exactly where the tiny 10lb dog is in the house. The floors are s***. These are nice apartments but I would have loved if someone would have said something about this in the reviews. So here is you're warning. The location is absolutely wonderful and the space is good for families, but definitely try to get a top floor apt.
