Polo Villas is an exceptionally attractive gated community located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Northwest Bakersfield.  Each impeccably clean loft, one bedroom or two bedroom apartment home comes with central air conditioning, full size washers/dryers, private balconies, 9' ceilings, ceramic tile in kitchens and bathrooms, and a contemporary style.  The clubhouse with its loggia is absolutely fantastic and available for private parties or a nice evening around the fireplace.  Combine this with the pool and spa area as well as the open green space and you may as well  be staying at a fabulous resort.  If you’re looking for something really nice, you’ve found it.

It's Been Great!!!

My husband and I arrived in Bakersfield June 18 and moved into 2br/2ba apt at Polo Villas. Shelley the apartment manager provided a great welcome and has been consistently available if we need anything or have a question. Max and the maintenance team are also very responsive. We've been here for almost 2 years and we've enjoyed our time and intro to Bakersfield. The apartment has plenty of room and a nice layout. It's nice to know your vehicles are safe in this gated complex, the pool area with spa and bbq has been very enjoyable. We are now moving into a home we purchased. I would recommend Polo Villas to friends and family.
