Admirals Cove

I love the area but the price we pay for rent is definitely over priced. Very cheap refurbished buildings gaps between cabinet doors rug cheap and threading already coming out. Sounds like Styrofoam under the rug door ways have original door frames paint is terrible. On a scale of 1-10 for the value I would give it a 2

Great staff but incredibly disappointing

Even basic amenities have been delayed time and time again. Work never gets finished and is done with little care. The staff has been responsive and great along the way, but we would never move here if we had the choice over again.

Like it, but dont love it...yet

The number of times people have had to access our home to fix things that should have been working when we moved in has been outrageous. But I do enjoy living here. It also doesnt make sense how far our mailbox is from our place seeing as how there is one outside of our unit. Excited for April when there will be the clubhouse, etc.
