living next to construction for over a year

too much noise, dust, etc for 24/7 and over a year as living next to construction. no access to parking spot for 88 days in 2023 while lot repaved. Much too long . put up with power off and water off -- sometimes without notice. rent below average but old building and noisy. have to put up with a lot due to the construction but rent still put up this year and notice that it will be put up next year as well.

Great location , would be nice to get better service

Lots of construction work going on, so its noisy a lot. Would be nice if basic amenities are taken care of, like having proper bins for recycling and having smoke free zones. The apartments themselves are smoke free but when a person is just smoking outside the apartment, it still enters in your windows. Will be good if a smoking lounge is setup. The location is awesome and the maintenance people were very friendly and helpful.

Briarwood II

construction makes living in Briarwood very unpleasent. Dust, noise, loss of green space front and back of existing building, parking lot dug up, ruts and not repaved, access road blocked, open, blocked, open, etc and one lane vs two, parking spots lost due to construction, power off, water off, construction noise from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m, (e.g. Mother's Day construction work noise from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.,), plastic from construction noisy 24/7 when windy. New building situated results with loss of privacy for this tenant.
