1920 Enterprise Way

Parking: There are underground stalls and if you have one then parking is typically not an issue. Visitor parking is very limited and the closest street parking is across a fairly busy street. The parkade is secure and includes bike storage behind each stall. Depending on where your spot is in the parkade though, you might not have convenient access to stairs which means you are at the mercy of the single elevator for the whole building which can sometimes take a while to wait for. For me the parking situation wasn't great, but had I lived on the other side of the building (closer to stairs) it would have been better Amenities: It's a brand new building and includes great options such as underground bike storage, a dog wash station, a bike wash station, and a car wash station. Maintenance: The maintenance team is very friendly, responds to concerns promptly, and my experiences with them were always great. Staff: The building managers have always been pleasant to deal with when a concern arises and they reply quickly when a concern is brought up. It's a great team running this building Value: There's nothing overly great or poor about the value here. The apartment are quite small, but also brand new and very nice inside. You get your money's worth from the quality of the building and the amenities Location: Great location right along the rail trail, easy bike access to downtown and walking distance to restaurants/shopping. Evening walks along the rail trail are great and right at your backdoor. Noise: As in any apartment building, you are often at the mercy of the people living above you for noise.  We did have a noisy tenant for a short while and you'll hear people in the halls, but overall when you want peace and quiet it is quiet. My unit was facing the creek/rail trail so I can't say if the units facing the street are any louder.

I love this building sooo much! It is real HOME from your actual bought home! It is what you expect. Cozy, noiseless and somewhere to relax after work! Love the staff! Thank you!
