Woodridge improvements are happening fast

I have been a resident here at Woodridge for two years now. The staff for MEB (previous owner) was amazing and very supportive. The new staff for Rincon Properties, which took ownership in July has also been amazing. I have watched as Tiffany and Angela have handled the transition with outstanding professionalism and care. It has been very difficult for them as the property has had many opportunities for them to deal with. Old buildings and equipment offer plenty of those but when you add numerous skeptical residents who don’t handle change very well and Maintenance leaders that tried very hard but just didn’t quite have the experience or skills to handle the entire job. Then you add a constant flow of Maintenance workers that really didn’t get things done very well. This obviously made the skeptical residents very difficult. The ladies hung in there though and handle things very well. They finally did find a Maintenance Leader, Phil, that had both experience and skills but also the best approach a Maintenance leader can have : “Let’s FIX it don’t Band Aid it whenever possible”. Between Tiffany, Angela and Phil things are improving and moving forward fast here at Woodridge. The new owner is finally investing some real money in not only fixing but dramatically improving our Environment here at Woodridge. I just signed another years lease and look forward to watching things get even better here. Thank you Tiffany, Angela, Phil and Rincon Properties for changing our living situation to a much better place. With much more to come.
