Maintenance Takes Too Long

It took over 6 weeks to get a broken appliance fixed, even after calling the office to ask about someone coming in to look at it, multiple times. Water bills are really high, with no explanation for why they are so much.

Disappointing

Not worth the constant spikes to rent. Utilities fluctuate at unpredictable rates; likely due to the horrible fountain system that wastes water at an unacceptable rate. Happily leaving this place ASAP!

"Luxury" is a misnomer

The apartment I was shown during a walk-through was vastly different from the apartment I actually got, but at least the apartment I got was at a slightly reduced price (though now I know why). Appliances are worn and occasionally defective (leaking fridge that freezes food, dryer that occasionally destroys my clothes, issues with the dishwasher), but maintenance can't seem to get a bearing on the actually issues. They just need to be replaced, but the apartment isn't going to foot that bill. Parking is ridiculous. Planning for residents did not consider the distance from the apartment to the parking space. An offsite gym was advertised, but the conditions to actually use it make it inaccessible to people who work normal business hours. Staff is good overall. They're doing their best. Neighbors are eh. Nothing "luxury" about some of the behaviors. It's an ok place to live, but had I known what I was going to get myself into, I would have looked a little harder. If I didn't hate moving so much, I'd be out of here by now.

Terrific little spot to call home

I lived here for 4 years, and I had a pretty great experience. Dani and the office staff are terrific. Always attentive, positive, and ready to help. The maintenance guys are always on it, speaking of which George is the man. They always got my requests done in a timely manner. I enjoyed living here and would still if I didn't find a nice house for myself.
