the location is really good, the apartments are not bad the staff is really nice and the maintenance needs improvement. My biggest issue has been with paying my rent, I twice have been charged a $70 late fee for paying my rent late and if I was notified in time that there was an issue I would have corrected it and avoided the late charges. especially with the online payment I was never alerted that it was an issue and I thought the pa

Been here 2 years. A few problems but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Overall, a decent place to live.
