Over all great place

The office staff exude professionalism and courtesy, always accommodating and friendly. Well-maintained grounds complement the convenient freeway access and nearby shopping. A city trolley conveniently stops at the property's corner. The clean, well-kept swimming pool adds to the appeal, while affordable apartments and efficient electric service make for a great living experience overall.

I love it!

I have lived here for 5 years. Scottsdale is the bomb. The Flats is convenient for shopping, church, transportation, and the staff is great. We have swimming pools, on site laundry room s, water&snack machines, locked mailboxes, covered& uncovered parking& security. Plus pets are allowed for a fee. I love it here.

What a great staff and place to live

Great place and staff is wonderful , work orders get dine in a timely manner . I appreciate the maintenance staff and tbey keep it clean.
