Hybrids, purebreds, or mixed at any percentage are prohibited from residing at this community. No exotic pets allowed

Getting it done

I've lived here for approximately 6 months now and have had a couple issues that needed to be adressed so when I say what I'm about to say know I speak from experience . Not only has the office staff but more importantly the maintenance staff taken care of my issues but have done so in a timely fashion . With ZERO interruptions to my life here. I'm sure they don't get the credit they deserve. I don't care that I had problems I care how they are addressed or not ( if you will) . I have a couple co-workers that live next door in the presidio apartments and they don't get the level of service or experience of our maintenance staff. Keep up the great work!!!
