Moved into a unit with fecal master in living room and bedroom. Past rentals belongings were left for me to dispose of. Garbage in sink, blinds that don't cover the windows. A window screen that is broken and can easily detach. Lint trap full of lint and hair which I was left to clean. Given a more expensive unit because the unit I was told I was leasing was renewed last minute. I am unable to get in touch with anyone in a consistent manner to answer questions. It's gong on my 3rd month living here, and nothing has been fixed. I also received a letter claiming I had not paid rent in time, which is a false accusation. I've been asked to leave false reviews for a property that I don't live, and ask my boyfriend and friends to leave reviews. Propositioned 20 dollars per review. The whole situation is mentally and emotionally exhausting. Financially, it isn't worth the price and I feel my rent needs to be discounted considering the documented issues this unit has, and the lack of ability to connect with anyone in order to seek support, and the false accusation that the rent was paid late.

Darling cottage apartments on quiet intersection in Uptown Phoenix. Great apartments, yard, washer/dryer. Moved in in May, 2025. Love it here!

walls are very thin. you csn smell and hesr everything from the next door unit.

Neighbor is nice but aside from that, leasing company doesn't know what they are doing who says what when or even how, due to miscommunications charge the tenant triple the amount of late fees/admin fees, charges for unnecessary things, parking in the street, pest control that only come when you request but pay additional for each month. I just wouldn't recommend this company unless your ready for the headaches and you have patience to deal with them. I hope they do something to fix these issues soon.
