Not Really Worth It

Non smoking complex? Sure. People will smoke on their balconies, patios, etc all hours of the day. People on the apartment management team will smoke right by the door to the parcel locker building and gym and office in uniform, right next to the "no smoking within 20 feet of doors as required by AZ law" sign. When a package gets delivered to the front staff they will be very rude to you and refuse to look in the back for a package until you absolutely insist they do--and suprise, the package they said they never got is there. This happened at least 3 seperate times to me. There is bird poop all over the ground everywhere. We've had packages stolen off the doorstep and the staff replied that "it happens". To top it off, 5 minutes down the street for the same price as our unit we can get 100 more sqft with better amenities. Polly and the maintenance staff are the saving graces of this place. They're kind and helpful but that can only go so far with everything else considered. After 4 years of living here it feels like it's time to move.
