Nice property.

I have lived here for 6 months now. The property is nice. The downfall is there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby. Dog friendly, and there are a lot of dogs here. Train (rail) nearby Airport nearby.

Your safe, noise-free haven

I've been a resident of the Mandarina community for over five years now. My favorite aspects about living here are that my neighbors are not noisy and tend to be respectful of community rules. Secondly, the maintenance team is friendly, swift, and effective. In terms of the leasing office staff, they too are polite, helpful, and friendly. It's nice to know that if an issue arises, I know what type of support and resolution I'll expect from both teams. In terms of amenities, they did a great job in updating our gym with all the essentials and providing new, very comfortable pool area furniture, for us to lounge on. It's clear that they've taken the time to keep the community looking chic and modern, as even the buildings' fresh paint job and pool furniture complement each other. Well-done!
