If I were the owner/investor

A little pricey. A little noticeable damage to walls due to residents moving in. Heated pool is not yet heated. The gym is small. Dog park, whenever it becomes available, is tiny and one actually chuckles when they see it. A 'continental' breakfast, Mon thru Fri would be nice. It is provided at other locations, so it could be provided here. Tanning beds would be nice, at least 4. And so would a play park for kids and maybe a Zen garden. Units are smaller and 'shotgun' style, compared to older locations in the area. Cleaning crew needs to step it up, especially with 'carpet' in the hallways. Imagine that cleaning bill every 3 months or so if it isnt kept up. More dumpsters are needed. The more people moving in, the more trash there is going to be. Garbage chute should be available to residents as needed, not locked up. Elevator is super slow. -Thank God no one is chasing me and trying to rob me or worse! Buildings need a 3rd stairwell. No fax machine and printer doesn't work in the business center. The only good thing I can say about this place is- GREAT LOCATION AND NEW APPLIANCES!

I love it so far. New constuction so i am the first one to live in my apartment and there is something to be said about that. I love the location it is close to alot of shopping, food, movie theater and freeway.
