I love my new place. It was very important for me to find an affordable split floor plan when I found Avalon Hills. The friendly and helpful office staff is a definite plus, after dealing with the horrible management staff at my previous resident. Their maintenance staff are friendly and very respectful. If I could have three wishes for my apartment, they would be a medicine cabinet, garbage disposal, and a screen door. Looking forward to my first pool party!
