Lived here 12 months from Tempe. Great location and the bodega is the best. Only compliant would be the trash valet, sometmes there is a communication issue and it is not picked up, causing an unpleasant smell. Overall would recommend.

Beautiful Apartment

I've lived here just shy of one year. The apartment is beautiful and has great natural light. The amenities, including the gym, pool and spa, are gorgeous and well-maintained. There is no guest parking, which can be challenging and you can hear the noises of downtown (traffic, sirens, and cars).
