I am very happy where I am.

I have covered parking which I love. The staff is always courteous and attend to the needs of the renters. The immediate noise level in the apartment complex is low. There is the traffic out on the street and intersections of 35 Avenue. You do get used to that. I do pay a few dollars more than where I was at but it is worth it. The office staff is always here Monday-Friday every week except on holidays. The 2 maintenence guys are always busy taking care of the complex. The only problem I have with the complex is the laundry room which is managed by another company. That could use some attention.

Apartment is alright

The apartment was nice when came to visit. But living here here is different, you get to see all the flaws that comes with it. When it comes to noise, some you can't be control( like crying children), but some can like blasting music. The staffs I have met are friendly.
