Beyond My Expectations

When we were looking for a new place to live, I found the P83 area online. We had’nt lived in the west valley before, but I’ve always liked the area. I took the time to drive around and see what the area had to offer, I was impressed. So I then took the time to go online to finalize the process for our new home. Since applying for the townhomes at Haven, P 83, it has been nothing but a pleasure dealing with the staff. They are very efficient and the townhomes were just what we’re looking for. The manager Stephanie is very sweet and knowledgeable and takes pride in her work for the property. We have lived here a year and just renewed to stay longer. I highly recommend this property. It is very well kept and clean. If you ever need maintenance, they will take care of you in a timely manner. The convenience to the freeway is a lifesaver. There’s plenty shopping around no matter what you’re looking for and the restaurants are amazing in this area. If you choose to leave here, you’ll be glad you did.

Honestly, there are fleas in the apartment, and I don't have dogs, the lights in the kitchen the bulbs are out, and I already reported them and they are not changed, the washing machine makes a lot of noise when it is washing, and the bathroom of the master room between more I wash it and stem it is getting blacker.
